All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second email notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is typically 5 to 10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, high seasonal demand, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@baddreambox.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information
