Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our support team at hello@baddreambox.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide clear instructions on next steps.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@baddreambox.com. We will work quickly to make it right.
