About us

Helping Little Dreamers Sleep Bravely

At The Big Bad Dream Box, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, calm, and confident at bedtime.

This idea started right at home. When our own little dreamer began having frequent bad dreams, we tried everything most parents try. Nightlights. Lullabies. Extra stories. Gentle reassurance. But nothing truly helped her let go of those scary dreams once they took hold.

We realized she did not just need comfort. She needed a way to take control.

So we created The Big Bad Dream Box, a simple and intentional tool designed to help children face bad dreams, talk about them, and place them somewhere outside of their mind. By writing or drawing their nightmares and placing them inside the Dream Box, children gain a sense of control and closure that builds confidence at bedtime.

When we began using the ritual ourselves, we noticed something shift. Bedtime felt calmer. Our daughter became more willing to talk about her dreams instead of avoiding them. It was not about making bad dreams disappear overnight. It was about giving her a way to face them with confidence.

It is not just a box.
It is a ritual.
A moment of connection between parent and child.
A healthy bedtime routine that transforms nighttime fears into something manageable.

The Big Bad Dream Box was founded in Florida and brought to life with the help of a talented team who believed in the same mission: helping families navigate bad dreams, kids nightmares, and bedtime anxiety in a creative and empowering way. Every detail was designed to support children ages 5 and up while making bedtime feel lighter, safer, and just a little magical.

Whether your child is experiencing nightmares, nighttime worries, or simply an overactive imagination, our hope is that The Big Bad Dream Box helps create calmer evenings and more confident mornings.

Sweet dreams,

The Big Bad Dream Box Team
